Do you remember playing with playdough? It comes out of the can in a
messy looking lump of nothing. But you can take it and make it into
whatever you imagine. There are people who are actually masters at
playdoh! They can create a work of art with it. As a kid, putting it
into a mold and putting pressure to form something recognizable was
like a miracle in my eyes.
But you know, the Word of God says
...not to be pressed into the mold of this world any longer...don't
conform to this world...but be transformed by the renewing of your
mind. It is easy to just go with the flow and be like everyone else.
But God has something better for your life. A purpose that has eternal
benefits...Get in God's word, connect with God's people and let God
transform your mind.
We asked our 6 to 6th graders this
